By registering an account, accessing the Website, placing bets, playing games, or using any service provided by qqhoki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
qqhoki operates under international gaming licenses and is based outside Indonesia. While the Platform is accessible to Indonesian users, online gambling exists in a legally ambiguous area under Indonesian law. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. qqhoki does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia.
To access the gaming services on qqhoki, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds.
Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete our KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian KTP or passport) and proof of residential address (if requested). We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account is your responsibility, and you will be liable for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.
You may fund your Account by depositing money through the payment methods made available on the Platform, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified Accounts. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. We do not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB Monday-Friday) are typically processed within 2-4 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours are queued and processed the next business day. We do not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving bank may apply fees on their end.
qqhoki maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international standards. You must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on large or unusual transactions. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illicit activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and we will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
qqhoki may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms will be clearly stated in the promotion details and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a Rp 500,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 12,500,000 in total before withdrawal is permitted. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute 10%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonus Abuse: We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings, and close Accounts, if we determine that a player is abusing bonuses through duplicate Accounts, coordinated betting with other players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse or advantage play.
All bets placed on qqhoki are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are correct before confirming them. We are not obligated to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious system error or malfunction. Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bet types, as specified in individual game rules.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports betting rules. We reserve the right to void bets on matches where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity concerns. Bets on Indonesian football leagues (BRI Liga 1), international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga), and other sports follow standard betting rules outlined on our website.

qqhoki reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Platform, or any other reason we deem appropriate. If your Account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed for other reasons (such as voluntary closure), your Balance will be returned to you following completion of any necessary verification checks.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QQHOKI, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from system downtime, technical errors, network failures, payment processing delays, or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqhoki operates its licensed gaming services. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and qqhoki.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.
